Coro is located along a river near the coastal area of Cynoria and is surrounded by mountains. Coro has lots of flat fertile land used to grow crops. It is located towards the southern area of Greece and is the largest peninsula in Greece. Coro is surrounded by water which makes it hard to attack. It has an abundant supply of sea food and has plentiful amounts of crops from the fertile soil the ocean water provides. Coro has a typical meditteranean climate with mild, wet winters, and hot, dry summers. Rain falls mostly between October and March. The total surface area of Peloponnese is 21,439 square kilometers. Peloponnese is mostly mountainous covered by the mountain range of Taygetos, its highest peak is 2,407 meters. The Peloponnese has many rivers, mountains, valleys, and lush green forests. The livestock of this city-state consisted of cows and sheep because there was plenty of fertile land for growing grasses and other plants the animals could feed on. The cows were used for milk and meat and the sheep were used for wool which was turned into clothing and blankets.
